Chinese Batik Pillow
Vintage Chinese indigo batik on handloomed hemp. There is no denying the timeless appeal of blue and white. This lovely textile began life as a handmade bedcover. A resist paste of rice is used to create the pattern then indigo dyed many times over to create a deep rich hue. Backed in pure white Belgian linen.
